Description
The find we are going to describe is a jug found near the Pieve di Santa Maria in Dicomano and, more precisely, in the filling carried out in the church during the restoration of the building. It consists of a disc foot, a spheroidal body, a short neck, a tribolate mouth with a thinned rim, and a ribbon-shaped handle. It is also decorated in polychrome with vertical bands see, blue and yellow, internally fielded with oblique dashes in yellow and brown, and horizontally in blue. The find has been extensively restored.
