Description

You are looking at the last bicycle used by Gino Bartali at the end of his career in 1954 . As early as 1951 the official Bartali team was using Campagnolo Gran Sport wire gearboxes with levers at the frame . They also mounted Magistroni cranks and most importantly the multiplier commonly referred to as Franco-Belga with four spokes , which anticipated by a few years the Campagnolo which was produced with 5 spokes . The bike originally mounted Ambrosio handlebars and rims , Gardiol tubulars and balilla brakes . However, the version you see today has been updated over the years updated by Gino who continued to use it to keep in shape !
