Description
Gino's activity as a motorcycle industrialist , began in 1953 in partnership with the Stavini family of Florence, with the company called "Mototecnica dell'italia Centrale Srl" . Activity totally disjointed from that of bicycles started with the Santamaria brothers already in 1949 . The first Bartali motorcycle , was presented at the end of 53 at the cycle and motorcycle show and mounted a 160cc engine , with swing arm fork . In 1954 Bartali motorcycles will also participate in the moto giro and the Milano-Taranto . Over the years they will also mount engines from the FBR of Bologna ( of partners Morini and Minarelli ) and will also produce mopeds , until the early 60s .
